Cancellation Policy
The salon and spa services that you select are reserved especially for you! In fairness to our staff we ask that you call us at lease 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change you appointment.

As a courtesy we call and confirm all appointments a business day prior to the appointment. Howerver, if we are unable to leave a message or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and a cancellation fee.

Here at Wiink2 we understand that sometimes unavoidable situations happen and therefore the first missed appointment will be forgiven but the second missed service will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked in.
